Timothy Carter Joined Team Beachbody The Fitness Coaching Home Business Revolution

I’m very excited to announce that I’ve joined Team Beachbody. As a Beachbody Coach I get the honor to be in the “life changing” business associated with a company that wants to impact the lives of millions of people with improving their health! Not just sell you on the latest super juice or exotic fruit with all the hype and claims that are made. Being a Team Beachbody Coach is far more than that.

My goal is to help you make the choice of taking daily action towards developing intentional excellence in your life, your health and fitness, your body shape and size or whatever goals you have set for yourself. For example, my goal right now is to rebuild my body after nearly a year of inactivity due to a violent car wreck in January that left me unable to workout combined with the car accident that happened 3 years earlier. Then by this time two years from now, I will have completed a summer of competing as a sprinter in the Masters division in the 100, 200 and 400 meters. That is my goal.

I’ve recently started on my first 90 days of Tony Horton’s Extreme Home Fitness Workout, P90X to start to rebuild my body after nearly 4 years of recovering from two different car accidents.
