Tony Horton is the 4th and final speaker for Motivational Mondays with Team Beachbody. Tony really has given people a lifestyle to model starting off with Power 90, P90X & 10 Minute Trainer…and I think he created what I conder to be  the “Beachbody lifestyle”. A lifestyle built around health and fitness for optimal living!
